Booking & pricing

Choose your pickup and drop-off, pick your date, time and vehicle, and confirm online in about two minutes. You get an instant email confirmation with all the details. We ask for bookings at least 2 days ahead so we can assign the right driver and vehicle.

Yes. The fare you see at booking is the fare you pay, per vehicle and not per person. It already includes tolls, luggage and the meet-and-greet. The only exception is a pickup between 22:00 and 06:00, which carries a 10% night supplement shown in the quote before you confirm.

Payment is in cash to the driver at the end of the ride. There is nothing to pay online and no prepayment is required when you book. If you need an invoice for your company, just ask and we will send one.

Yes. As soon as you book, we email you a confirmation with your route, date, time, vehicle and price. Keep it handy on the day of travel, and contact us on WhatsApp if you need anything changed.

Of course. Just enter the passenger's name and a mobile number we can reach on the day, plus the flight or ship details if there are any. The driver will meet whoever you tell us to meet.

If you have a valid promo code, enter it during checkout and the discount is applied before you confirm. Only one code can be used per booking.

We plan our drivers ahead, so we ask for at least 2 days' notice. For anything sooner, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to fit you in when a car and driver are free.

Your transfer

For airport, station and port pickups the driver waits inside the arrivals area with a sign showing your name. For a hotel or address, they arrive at the door at the agreed time. You also get the driver's details before the trip.

We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup to the actual landing, at no extra cost. Waiting time inside the airport is already included, so relax: your driver will be there when you come out.

Tell us how many bags you have when you book and we send a vehicle with room to spare. A Mercedes E-Class or similar fits three passengers with normal luggage; a Mercedes V-Class or similar takes larger groups and extra cases comfortably.

Yes, and they are free. Just tell us the children's ages when you book and we fit the right seat or booster. For safety we cannot carry small children without a suitable seat.

A Mercedes from our own fleet: an E-Class sedan or similar for up to three passengers, a V-Class or similar for larger groups. Every car is air-conditioned, spotless and non-smoking. We name the class at booking and always send that class or better.

Yes. A quick photo stop or a short break is usually no problem on the longer routes, and a scenic drive along the Amalfi Coast is one of our specialities. For planned stops just tell us in advance so we can allow the time.

Never. Every transfer is private and dedicated to your group only. No other passengers, no detours to collect strangers, no waiting around. The car is yours from pickup to drop-off.

Tell us the flight details for each part of the group and we coordinate the pickups, either waiting until everyone has landed or sending more than one vehicle. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it so nobody is left waiting.

Yes. It is a door-to-door service: we drop you at the exact address, hotel or villa you give us. Where the road cannot reach the door, like parts of the Amalfi Coast, the driver gets you as close as possible and helps with the bags.

Pets are welcome, just let us know when you book so the driver is ready. Small pets travel in a carrier; for larger dogs we agree the details in advance.

Routes & destinations

Our home ground is Naples and the Amalfi Coast: Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Praiano, plus Pompeii, Paestum and Salerno. We also drive long distance to Rome and its airports, Civitavecchia, Florence, Siena, Bari, Lecce, Alberobello and Matera.

It is what we do best. Our drivers know the bends of the SS163 coast road, the timing that avoids the worst traffic and the best spots to stop for a photo. Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello and Praiano are all regular runs for us.

Yes. We run transfers to the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Paestum, and can wait during your visit and take you on afterwards. Tell us your plan and we build the timing around it.

We arrange day trips with a driver at your disposal, including Amalfi Coast tours and visits to wineries in Campania. These are tailored, so contact us with your dates and group size and we put together an itinerary.

Yes: Naples Capodichino as our home base, plus Rome Fiumicino, Rome Ciampino and Bari. We track your flight and meet you in arrivals at any of them.

We do. We handle pickups and drop-offs at the Port of Naples and, for the big cruises, at Civitavecchia near Rome. Give us your ship and terminal and we time the transfer to your schedule.

The service runs in all weather. Our drivers know the roads in the rain and drive to the conditions, so heavy weather rarely means a delay. If anything major ever affects the route, we call you straight away.

Changes, cancellations & support

Yes, and it is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, or do not show up, the booking is non-refundable. Since you pay the driver in cash, there is nothing to claim back for an on-time cancellation.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your new time, address or passenger count and we update it, subject to availability. There is no fee to change a booking as long as you tell us in good time.

Because payment is in cash to the driver, a cancellation made in time simply means you owe nothing. If you have paid anything in advance for a special arrangement, we return it by the same method.

Yes. We are a licensed private hire operator (NCC) and every vehicle carries full passenger insurance as required by Italian and EU law. Our drivers are professionals, not casual contractors.
